OUR MISSION
Lucan Area Heritage & Donnelly Museum is dedicated to the preservation and retelling of the most famous historical events of the area…events such as the arrival and settlement of the area by Irish immigrants, the infamous Donnelly murders, recounted in song, story and plays throughout Canada, and the founding of Wilberforce by a Black community from Cincinnati.

TOURS

Pre-booked Tours Available for Groups of 10 or More Year Round!
The Museum hosts tours of the Museum and its facilities to school groups, coach bus tours, special interest groups, and family groups.
If you've got the bus, we've got the tour!
Tour the Museum site. Then take the 'Vigilante Bus Tour' hosted by a Museum representative which will trace the path taken by the Vigilance Committee the night of February 3, and early morning hours of February 4, 1880 when the Donnelly Family was massacred.
